Our Mission
Spectrum Investigations is committed to providing superior investigative services to our clients by listening to and seeking to understand their needs. We will meet those needs in a timely manner through teamwork and a dedicated professional staff. Each investigation will be conducted with the utmost integrity. We will be a leader in the investigative field through continuing education, use of technology and delivery of the best customer service in the industry. Continuing education is required. Continuous learning ensures state-of-the-art investigations for our clients. The investigators have extensive training in interviewing/interrogation techniques and kinesic (verbal and non-verbal communication) interviewing. Several investigators have received professional designations such as Fraud Claim Law Specialist, Fraud Claim Law Associate and Certified Fraud Examiner. In addition several investigators are licensed claims adjusters. Our BeliefsWe believe in absolute integrity.
